Requirements:

• College degree required (CS degree preferred) with 4-8 years of experience with Microsoft.net.
• # HTML/CSS/JavaScript/AJAX/XML/ASP.Net and some SQL experience required.
• More senior people should be C# and SQL experts (log into SQL directly, write stored procedures, feel very comfortable with running queries, generate new tables and make changes to schema).
• Attitude wise - You should be hungry to write great applications that you dream of. You will design on your own or with some guidance. You will be an innovator and NOT a worker bee (people doing exactly what program/project managers asked you to do).
• Team Oriented - You can hang out with the dev team as equals; can spar with other developers intellectually and technically. But, know how to work as a TEAM and not just as an individual.

Job Description:
The Web Developer uses the latest technology, tools and principles to create compelling user experiences on the web. The developer works with program management to build applications and extend our client's web services platform.

All of our client's developers spend 90% of their time on project-driven development and 10% on their own innovation projects. Each developer is expected to not only deliver brilliant code on time but also deliver unit tests to ensure quality.

Skills Required:

• Successful candidate has 4-8 years of experience building highly visited web applications using Microsoft .Net technology. In particular, you must be expert in at least one of these (C#, ASP.Net, SQL) and should have experience leveraging databases to render web pages.
• Familiarity with XML-based programming and AJAX is a huge plus.
• Candidate must have great communication skills, problem solving skills, and love working in a team environment.
• Must have a BS in computer science or related field.
